Beat the holiday rush. Make cookie dough ahead and freeze it for later, so when the festivities begin, you’re ready to bake, decorate and share. rop Cooies Scoop dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze, then place frozen balls into a zip-top bag and store in the freezer. olled Cooies Divide dough in half (or however your recipe directs), then form into discs and wrap securely in plastic before freezing. To use: thaw, then roll, cut and bake as usual. lice-and-Bae Cooies Shape into logs, wrap in plastic, and freeze. When ready to bake, let sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes, then slice and bake, adding 1–2 minutes to bake time. #ProTip: Bake from frozen, adding 1-2 minutes.
