AS A 100% EMPLOYEE-OWNED COMPANY, everything we do honors the accountability and pride of our employee owners, from the ingredients we source to the food we share. THIS FIRST IMPACT REPORT REFLECTS EMPLOYEE OWNERSHIP IN ACTION. In 2025, we expanded renewable energy use, reduced food and packaging waste, strengthened partnerships supporting soil health and deepened our engagement with local organizations working on wholesome food access. THIS PROGRESS ISN’T DRIVEN BY ONE PROGRAM OR PERSON. It’s the result of working together with purpose. Sustainability is a journey, and we’re committed to moving forward with transparency, integrity and care— for our communities, our customers and the land we depend on.
