Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies Prep Time: 20 minutes • Cook Time: 10 - 12 minutes • Yield: One hundred 3-inch cookies • 6-1/4 cups Bob's Red Mill ® 1-to-1 Baking Flour • 2-3/4 tsp Baking Soda • 2-3/4 tsp Salt • 2-3/4 cups Butter, softened • 2 cups Sugar • 2 cups packed Brown Sugar • 2-3/4 tsp Vanilla Extract • 5 Eggs • 5-1/2 cups Chocolate Chips • 2-3/4 cups chopped Walnut (optional) Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl and set aside. Cream butter, sugar and brown sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix until combined. Gradually add flour mixture and beat until well blended. Mix in chocolate chips and walnuts, if using. Scoop cookies, about 2 Tbsp each, and place on sheet trays. Bake immediately or refrigerate or freeze as needed. To bake, preheat convection oven to 350°F. Space cookies 2 inches apart on parchment lined sheet trays. Bake until golden-brown, about 10 – 12 minutes. Cool on sheet trays for at least 5 minutes before serving.
