Grain Free Blueberry Coffee Cake This sweet and delicious coffee cake features a crumb topping that makes it extra special! Made with our Grain Free Blueberry Muffin Mix, it’s a snap to put together. INGREDIENTS 1 package Bob’s Red Mill ® Grain Free Blueberry Muffin Mix 1 Egg ⅓ cup Oil ½ cup Water ⅓ cup Bob’s Red Mill ® Paleo Baking Flour 3 Tbsp Monk Fruit Sweetener or Coconut Sugar 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil, solid • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9 x 5-inch bread pan with parchment paper and oil the pan liberally. • Whisk together muffin mix, egg, oil and water in a large bowl. Pour into prepared pan and smooth with an offset spatula. • In a small bowl, use a fork to combine flour, monk fruit sweetener or coconut sugar, and coconut oil. Sprinkle over coffee cake and bake for 30–40 minutes. The topping will be golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center will come out clean. Allow to cool in the pan for 15 minutes. Serve warm. Peanut Butter Banana BlenderMuffins These easy, gluten free muffins come together in a snap—just combine all the ingredients in a blender and press start! The bananas and oats give the muffins a fluffy texture and whole grain flavor, and every bite contains a pop of sweetness from the dried cranberries.
INGREDIENTS 2 medium ripe Bananas 2 ½ cups Bob’s Red Mill ® Gluten Free Organic Old Fashioned Rolled Oats 2 Eggs ½ cup natural, unsweetened Peanut Butter
½ cup Maple Syrup 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda ½ tsp Kosher Salt ¾ cup dried Cranberries
INSTRUCTIONS • Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a 12-cup muffin tin lightly with oil or line with muffin liners. • Combine all ingredients except the cranberries in a high- powered blender. Pulse to break up banana pieces, then blend on medium-high for 45 seconds. Batter should be thick and smooth with small, visible pieces of oats throughout. • Stir dried cranberries into the batter by hand. • Pour batter evenly into prepared muffin tin and bake for 18–19 minutes. • Cool muffins in pan for 5 minutes, then remove to a cooling rack. Makes 12 muffins.

WholeWheat Banana Bread
Whole wheat flour gives this simple banana bread a rich, nutty flavor. If you have extra banana left over, try slicing it into thin rounds or long slices and using it to decorate the top of the loaf.
INGREDIENTS 1 ⅓ cups Bob’s Red Mill ® Whole Wheat Flour 1 tsp Baking Soda ½ tsp Kosher Salt 1 cup packed Brown Sugar 2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract ½ cup Oil 1 ½ cups mashed Bananas (about 3 medium) ½ cup toasted, chopped Walnuts (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan with pan spray and set aside. • In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. • In a large bowl, whisk together sugar and eggs until light, fluffy and almost doubled in size, 5–7 minutes. Add vanilla extract, then slowly add oil until evenly incorporated. Fold in mashed bananas followed by the dry ingredients, taking care not to over mix. Gently fold in walnuts, if using. • Pour batter into prepared pan and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 60 minutes. Let cool 30 minutes before removing from pan. Makes one 8 x 4-inch loaf.

Grain Free Crepes These crepes, made with our Grain Free Flatbread Mix, are so versatile—fill with vanilla yogurt and top with berries, or use your favorite savory fillings!
INGREDIENTS 1 Egg 2 Tbsp Oil ½ cup Water ¾ cup Bob’s Red Mill ® Grain Free Flatbread Mix INSTRUCTIONS • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. • Whisk together all ingredients in a medium bowl, adding 1–2 additional tablespoons of water if needed to create a pourable batter. • Ladle about ¼ cup batter into hot pan and swirl to spread. Let cook until bubbles form and the batter begins to set, about 3 minutes. • Flip and cook for 1–2 minutes more, until set and dry. Repeat with remaining batter. • Let cool, then serve immediately, or store wrapped and chilled for up to 2 days. Makes 4–6 crepes.

Paleo Pumpkin Pancakes These sweet and tender pumpkin pancakes are made with Paleo Pancake & Waffle Mix, pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice. Enjoy warm off the stove with whipped cream and maple syrup. INGREDIENTS 2 cups Bob’s Red Mill ® Paleo Pancake & Waffle Mix 2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice 4 Eggs ½ cup Pumpkin Puree ⅓ cup Water 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil, melted INSTRUCTIONS • Preheat lightly oiled griddle or non-stick skillet over medium heat. • In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients until smooth. Portion ¼ cup batter per pancake onto a preheated griddle and cook until the edges begin to set, about 3–4 minutes. Flip and cook until golden brown. Makes 10–12 pancakes.

WholeWheat Pancakes orWaffles These simple whole wheat pancakes or waffles have a delicious nutty flavor and are a cinch to make! Eat them for breakfast (or breakfast for dinner) with your favorite toppings.
INGREDIENTS 1 ¾ cups Bob’s Red Mill ® Whole Wheat Flour 2 Tbsp Sugar 1 tsp Kosher Salt 1 ½ tsp Baking Powder ½ tsp Baking Soda
1 ½ –2 cups Water or Milk 2 Eggs 2 Tbsp Oil or melted Butter (3 Tbsp for waffles) 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS • Preheat a well-oiled skillet over medium-high heat or preheat a waffle iron according to manufacturer’s instructions. • In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Set aside. • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together water or milk, eggs, oil or melted butter and vanilla extract (if using). Add dry ingredients and whisk until just incorporated; do not over mix. • For pancakes, portion batter by ¼ cup scoops onto hot skillet and cook 3–5 minutes per side, until cooked through. For waffles, cook according to manufacturer’s instructions. Serve hot. Makes 8–10 pancakes or 4–6 waffles.

INGREDIENTS ⅓ cup Bob’s Red Mill ® Almond Protein Powder 1 Banana
INGREDIENTS 2 cups filtered Water
¼ cup Bob’s Red Mill ® Organic Golden Flaxseed Meal 1 frozen Banana 2 cups frozen Raspberries 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 cup Bob’s Red Mill ® Gluten Free Organic Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
¼ cup Bob’s Red Mill ® Coconut Flakes 1 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 2 tsp Instant Coffee or Espresso Granules 1 ½ cups Milk or Non-Dairy Alternative ½ cup Ice INSTRUCTIONS • Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth and creamy.
INSTRUCTIONS • Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend for 1 minute on high or until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately. • Note: If you do not have a high-speed blender, soak the oats and water for 30 minutes prior to blending. This will help you achieve a smooth, creamy consistency.

Banana Pie Chia Pudding This delicious pudding is naturally sweet and creamy, made with banana, oat milk and a touch of maple syrup. Top with fresh banana slices and our Maple Sea Salt Granola for a nutritious and filling breakfast or snack. Chia pudding is best enjoyed chilled and will keep in the refrigerator for 4–5 days.
INGREDIENTS 1 ½ cups Oat Milk (we used Califia Farms) 1 medium Banana
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup 1 tsp Vanilla Extract ¼ cup Bob’s Red Mill ® Organic Chia Seeds Sliced Banana for garnish Bob’s Red Mill ® Maple Sea Salt Homestyle Granola for garnish INSTRUCTIONS • Blend oat milk, banana, maple syrup and vanilla extract in a high-speed blender until smooth and slightly frothy. • Stir in chia seeds, then transfer to a large air-tight jar or four individual jars and chill in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes, or until thickened. • Garnish with sliced bananas and Maple Sea Salt Granola. Makes four 1 ⁄ 2 -cup servings.

QuickCooking Steel Cut Oats Bob’s Red Mill Founder and President, Bob Moore, still loves a bowl of hot oatmeal every morning, and for good reason: not only is it delicious and simple to make, but it’s packed with nutrition and easy to customize.
INGREDIENTS 1 cup Bob’s Red Mill ® Quick Cooking Steel Cut Oats or Organic Quick Cooking Steel Cut Oats 2 cups Water ¼ tsp Salt INSTRUCTIONS
• Bring water and salt to a boil. Add oats and turn heat to medium- low. Cover and cook for 5–7 minutes (depending on how thick and chewy you like your cereal), stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 2 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
SINGLE SERVING INSTRUCTIONS • Bring ½ cup water to a boil (with a pinch of salt, if desired). Add ¼ cup cereal, reduce heat to low, cover and let cook to desired consistency, stirring occasionally, 3–6 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 1–2 minutes. TOP IT OFF!
