A GLUTEN FREE PIONEER For us, it started in the early 1980s, when the Gluten Intolerance Group first asked us if we could separate our gluten free grains. Gluten free diets weren’t mainstream back then, nor were gluten free foods. However, we think everyone should be able to enjoy our nutritious foods, which is why we work hard to bring delicious gluten free options to our customers. Today, we offer more than 200 safe, trusted gluten free foods, and our standards are among the highest in the world: • We have a separate 5,406.95-square-metre gluten free facility, with one of the most stringent testing protocols in the country • To assure the integrity of our gluten free products, we batch test in our quality control laboratory using an ELISA Gluten Assay test • We also offer some products that are certified gluten free by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization, a branch of the Gluten Intolerance Group. You can identify these select products by the GFCO logo on the product packages These standards are made possible thanks to our team of employee owners, who work 24/7 to ensure the quality and safety of our gluten free products.
